I just saw the most wonderful home sites in Arizona on on the web.
It really makes me want to move there instead of the southeastern states.
I love the architecture of the houses and the nature type neighborhood area.
Grayhawk Real Estate has a planned community in Arizona that is comprised of some 1600 acres and has 2 separate communities so there is something for everyone.
There are single family houses,condominiums, townhouses, some luxury rentals and also some home sites.
The Park community is on 497 acres and has amenities like schools, medical care center, boy and girl scouting troops, golf and nature walk trails.
In addition there are great eateries and shopping areas nearby.
The Retreat is set on 539 acres and has golfing and fine food places and both have access to Grayhawk Walk Trail.
Walking, jogging and biking are part of the everyday sights you will see and enjoy.
The desert setting is in one with nature and and built in a fashion as to blend with nature and not disrupt it.
The homes I saw were fabulous. I love the style the architect chose for the houses.
The wood beamed ceiling and southwestern style is so inviting and warm looking.
The furniture is what they would classify as rustic I think but it fits in so well to finish the look.
