Cable Is Out Here, Direct TV is in

I am having absolute fits with cable at this time.
Years ago we had cable TV and dropped it and I could not remember why...it's now coming back to us of the WHY!
You get offered deals from cable with little, teeny tiny, fine print in clauses that you could not read with a microscope and then when you cal and question the cost...you get the response of well, it was in your statement, did you not read it?!
Do these places think you carry around a microscope to read all this?
Of course not! That is the Gotcha Clause as we call it.
With direct tv when you call for your free installation and information, they tell you right up front the charges you can anticipate.
They also run some really good specials that can fit any one's pocketbook.
Right now I can even get a sports package and my son-in-law loves sport channels.
And when I get Direct tv I will know exactly what channels I will be getting and they have a
huge memory thing for recording up two shows at one time while you are viewing another.
They HDTV an DVR capabilities.
